Refund policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Once your order has been marked as sent, we can not cancel it, you must wait until it arrives so you can send it to us and get a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we need a receipt that returns the item.

Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email to jgleam93@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to communicate with your exchanged product may vary.

If you submit an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
